Booking and participation procedure

1. Complete the application form, and send it to us by mail or fax with your legal stamp.

2. On receiving the filled-out application form, the contract of participation will be made.

3. A 50% of the booth rental as a non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days after the contract has been entered into. The balance shall be cleared no later than one month before the exhibition opens. Otherwise, the booths will not be held.

4. Exhibitors are required to pay the booth rental through remittance or by checks. Please make sure the name of the organizer is written in the title field. Cash and checks without the organizer's name on will not be accepted. Exhibitors who fail to follow the regulations shall take full responsibility for any loss or damage thus caused.
